In many cases we often solve an issue by phone instead of roadside assistance, reducing the costs for our partners.

In cooperation with the automotive industry, Viking is investing heavily in competence development and internal training at our Call Center to solve as many cases as possible by phone. Typical solvable issues could be warning lights, steering wheel lock and oil and fuel related issues. This way we save our partners for assistance costs in cases where the customer can easily fix the problem himself, or where it’s reasonable to have the customer to bring the car to the workshop himself.

In our network we also have a Nordic mechanical expert with wide experience from the automotive and roadside assistance industry, available to support our Call Center anytime.
